1. Purpose of this fundraiser

This fundraiser supports Tora’s selection in Team Australia Youth All-Girl Median (YUAG) for the 2026 ICU World Cheerleading Championships, including compulsory training camps in South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria, and associated competition expenses.

2. Fundraiser management and use of funds

• This fundraiser page is operated by Brooke, aunty of Tora, using the Small e-Designs website.

• All payments received for fundraiser products are held on behalf of Tora and will be distributed to Kim (Tora’s parent) to contribute to Tora’s competition costs.

• No profits from this fundraiser are retained by Brooke, Small e-Designs, or any third party.

3. Products

• All items offered are DIY plush kits and accessories supplied by Make My Bear.

• Make My Bear is a small Australian owned and operated business based in NSW.

• Product images and descriptions are indicative. Colours and details may vary slightly from those shown.

• Kits include components as listed for each item. Stuffing is completed at home.

4. Pricing

• All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

• Bulk shipping to the organiser is included in the advertised price.

• Prices include a built-in fundraising contribution to support the costs described in section 1.

5. Orders and Payment

• Orders must be placed and paid in full by 5pm Sunday 30 November 2025.

• Payment is required at checkout via the nominated secure payment method.

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

6. Delivery and Collection

• All products will be shipped in bulk to the organiser.

• Orders will be distributed through the nominated school and cheer club.

• Individual postage to home addresses is not available for this campaign.

• Families will be advised of collection dates and locations once delivery is confirmed.

7. Changes, Cancellations and Substitutions

• As items are ordered specifically for this fundraiser, changes or cancellations after the order closing date cannot be guaranteed.

• If a selected item becomes unavailable, a similar product of equal or higher value may be offered as a substitute. If no suitable substitute is available, a refund for that item will be provided.

8. Returns and Faulty Items

• Change-of-mind returns are not available for fundraiser items.

• If a product is received with a clear manufacturing fault or missing component, please notify the organiser within 7 days of collection. A replacement or appropriate remedy will be arranged wherever possible.

9. Privacy and personal information

• Personal information collected during ordering (such as name, contact details, class or team, and order details) is used only to:

  • process and confirm your order

  • coordinate payment and distribution

  • resolve any issues with products or delivery

• Payment details are processed securely by the chosen payment provider and are not stored or accessed by Brooke or Kim.

• Personal information will not be sold, shared, or used for unrelated marketing. It may be shared only with Kim and Make My Bear where required to fulfil or support your order.

• Reasonable steps are taken to keep order information secure. Records are kept only as long as needed for the fundraiser, payment reconciliation, and any legal or accounting requirements.
